Proplyene Glycol - USP

Propylene Glycol USP (United States Pharmacopeia) is a high-purity grade of the chemical widely used as a solvent, carrier, and stabilizer in pharmaceuticals, food, and cosmetics due to its low toxicity and ability to dissolve active ingredients. Its applications include serving as a solvent for flavors and active ingredients in medicines and foods, acting as a humectant (moisture-retaining agent) in cosmetics and lotions, and functioning as a heat-transfer fluid in the food and beverage industry.
